Technical definition:

It is a powerful bacterial leaven fixed on a scientifically elaborate rich plant organic support from useful microbial stumps and selected. Sudden TAROKA during its manufacture of the chemical and biologic regular controls. At the end of manufacture the substances humified presents themselves as a product of dark brunette color, that contains a microbial population rich of useful substances that it elaborated under fermentation and will be capable to do in soil, after incorporation, a work similar to the profit of the plant.

Etymological sense:
• TA is a prefix announcing the first two letters of TANY (soil)
•  ROKA means fertile in English or lonaka in Malagasy.

2 types of Taroka exist:

- the simple Taroka: for the cultures to production of leaves: tobacco, geranium, tea tree, beets…
- the Taroka phosphated: for the cultures to production of grains or fruits: rice, litchis, coconut culture,…
