CHOOSE AND SAVE Escape the fruit whose skin cracks or too soft but ignore the color of litchi. Lychees are always picked walls and are very fragile. Store lychee up to 15 days in the crisper of the refrigerator but consume it quickly: after more than 2 days at room temperature, bark brown.
